The Federal Government of Nigeria has condemned the unfortunate terrorist attack that killed eleven military personnel in the Sinai Peninsula, on 7th May 2022.
Commiserating the families, people, and Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt over the unfortunate incident, Francisca K. Omayuli (Mrs), the Spokesperson Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Monday, 9th May 2022 in a statement said. “This heinous and condemnable act further reinforces the importance of strengthening the collective efforts of the international community towards the elimination of terrorism and all forms of extremism from our societies.
Nigeria stands in solidarity with Egypt in these trying times and prays for the repose of the souls of the departed, and the speedy recovery of the injured.”
