The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission Prof. Mahmood Yakubu has urged stakeholders in the electioneering management to ensure full compliance with service delivery to enable a 100% agreement implementation on election day.
He stated this at the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the commission and the Transport Unions for the 2023 general election today in Abuja.
Mahmood calls for oath-taking by all sundry to enforce neutrality and strict adherence to the INEC Code of Conduct as enshrined in the new electoral law.
