A financial expert, Dr. Alfred Braimah has charged all financial institutions across all the 15 member States to collaborate and seek more efficient ways to make the ECOWAS Payment and Settlement System (EPSS) functional in the region.
He made the call during his paper presentation at the First 2023 Parliamentary Seminar of the ECOWAS Parliament held in Bissau, the capital of Guinea Bissau.
