The European Union says it has deployed 40 long-term observers to monitor the 2023 general election in Nigeria.
The Chief Observer Mission, Barry Andrews disclosed this at the first press conference ahead of the 2023 general election in Abuja.
He said the Union in its determination to boost the nation’s democracy will work to ensure a conducive environment for the conduct of all elections in the country.
