The former President of South Africa, and leader of the Commonwealth delegation to the 2023 general election Thabo Mbeki has expressed optimism that the electoral umpire will deliver a credible poll in the country.
Mbeki made the expression when he led his delegation on a visit to the INEC headquarters on Monday in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital to ascertain the level of preparation ahead of the Saturday 25th February 2023 Presidential and National Assembly poll.
