The lawmakers elect has said that their topmost priority is to build a unified Nigeria that is capable of alleviating poverty and sufferings for the betterment of the citizens.
This was disclosed while receiving certificates of return at the National Collation Centre in Abuja.
They said the glamour of a new Nigeria has called for the urgent attention of all stakeholders, hence much is needed to curb all forms of threat and marginalization for democracy to drive.
Meanwhile, other lawmakers harped on boosting infrastructural development even as they vowed to ensure adequate representation across the geopolitical zones.
At the National Collation center in Abuja, 325 elected honorable members of the house of representatives received their certificates of return which signified a call to national duties for the next four years
