FG UNVEILS INAUGURATION PROGRAM FOR PRESIDENT-ELECT

The federal government through the Presidential Transition Council has unveiled a series of activities ahead of the May 29 inauguration ceremony.

Unveiling the long week event for the president-elect’s inauguration at a World Press Conference in Abuja, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and Chairman of the Presidential Transition Council, Boss Mustapha, said it is aimed at enlightening Nigerians and envoys about its preparedness for the inauguration success.

Boss while speaking under the theme “NIGERIA: Better Together’, hinted that the nation is the mother of democracy both regional and internationally noting that the council will ensure seamless activities to meet up with terms of service for legacy purposes.

The Presidential Transition Council chairman further revealed that the council which comprises all the federal government’s military and paramilitary is to guarantee visitor’s safety in line with the commitment shown by many developed countries who are eager to attend the inauguration ceremony.
