The Afro-Euro competition is a top-notch fashion designer as seven contestants show their creativity and talent in the fashion industry.
The event was meant to encourage young professionals in Nigeria, organized by the European Union in commemoration of the EU Day under the theme ‘Year of Skill’.
Eu is one of the leading countries in humanitarian assistance and has the highest investors in Nigeria.
The Ambassador to Nigeria and the ECOWAS Samuela Isopi in an interview with the press says her country’s economy was revitalized through the fashion industry, hence the event seeks to shape lives and misconceptions about the industry.
According to her, Nigeria needs to key into the sector and create a friendly environment to boost income.
Ambassador Samuela, therefore, urged all who are aspiring to go into the sector to be bold and courageous for their dreams to come through.
