Following the order of the Election Petition Appeal Tribunals over the outcome of the 2023 general election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has resolved to conduct re-run elections in 34 constituencies in the first week of February 2024.
Chairman of the Commission Prof. Mahmood Yakubu disclosed on Monday 18th December 2023 at an extraordinary meeting with Chairmen and other leaders of political parties at the INEC headquarters in Abuja.
