AS IT WELCOMES NEW DIRECTOR OF ADMIN

The Nigerian health sector is one aspect that requires transformation in terms of modern-day equipment should the country be determined to curb japa syndrome.

It is often said that the country’s political elites have over time embarked on medical tourism due to a lack of standard pieces of equipment for different illnesses and diseases.

These and more informed the new Director of Administration of the University Hospital College (UHC) Ibadan, Akintunji Oyeyemi to transform the current state of the hospital into a well-designed structure to tackle diseases and outbreaks in the country.

Speaking while collecting his promotion letter at the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in Abuja, Oyeyemi said it requires a collective effort and called on well-minded individuals to support his administrative visions to address the challenges of seeking medical treatment and japa syndrome to prioritize health and wellbeing of the people.
