NCPC STAFF JUBILATES AS BISHOP ADEGBITE RESUMES OFFICE

Staff of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission are in a moment of excitement as the new Executive Secretary Bishop Stephen Adegbite resumes office as the 4th substantive Executive Secretary to the Commission.

Bishop Stephen upon arrival today 5th February 2024 witnessed a pump and pageantry by well-wishers on the ground to welcome him.
Addressing the gathering, Bishop Adegbite thanked  God Almighty for life and the opportunity to serve his people the church, and the body of Christ.

Applauding President Bola Tinubu, the Vice President, and the First Lady for giving him the privilege to serve the Commission and their unwavering support Bishop Stephen said,

we’ll have a brand new pilgrimage in Nigeria, where every pilgrimage will record a sounding testimony
we should work as a family and everybody will be happy” I don’t intend for anyone to suffer

The Executive Secretary also commended his predecessors for their immense contribution to the Commission and assured of restoring hope to Nigerians.

‘I have come to build upon what they have done and leave my mark in the Commission

.Earlier, the Arch Bishop of the Methodist church Abuja, Dr. Micheal Akinwale while congratulating the new Executive Secretary said it’s a well-deserved appointment and described it as a golden fish that has no hiding place.

 

“Be the light of the world. You have been called by God to serve and bring credence to the Commission and the body of Christ at large. 
 carry out the exercise with a national spirit, because Christians in Nigeria are looking up to you with high expectations.

He appealed to the staff of the Commission and Christian faithful to show the Executive Secretary support during his tenure in office as God granted him wisdom, revelation, foresight, and direction to lead the Commission right.
