The Executive Secretary of Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC, Bishop Stephen Adegbite has reiterated his stand to ensure a lasting legacy in Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission, noting that his assignments and tasks are to see the commission beyond pilgrimage.
He made the disclosure in Lagos on Tuesday, 27th February 2024, during a courtesy visit to the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo Olu, at the Government House, Alausa, Ikeja.

Bishop Stephen stressed that NCPC is the veritable platform to foster peaceful co-existence, adding that he will work within the ambit to achieve unity and call on all to pray for Nigeria, especially during this economic downturn.
The NCPC boss however urged the public to support President Tinubu’s administration as he meant well for the country.

In his remarks, the Governor of Lagos State represented by his deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat while applauding the NCPC boss for his visit assured of Lagos State continuous across the board.
Lagos will keep supporting pilgrimage because we believe in the essence of prayerNigeria was injured, but this is the time for the surgery and it is being done by professionals.A statement by Celestine Toruka, Deputy Director/ Head of Media and Public Relations revealed that the visit was the first of its kind since the NCPC boss assumed office.
