Amid President Bola Tinubu’s one year anniversary, the Executive Secretary, Bishop Stephens Adegbite of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC has assured that the country will be great again.
He made the expression during a visit by the Leadership of the Northern Youth for Good Leadership and Governance at the NCPC headquarters in Abuja.
Bishop Adegbite who commended President Tinubu’s commitment in enhancing democracy as well as his selfless service to the nation, said his ideology is from the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo and Sir Ahmadu Bello of blessed memory, emphasizing their shared vision for a better Nigeria.
A statement signed by Celestine Toruka Deputy Director and Head, Media & Public Relations on May 24, 2024 said,
The NCPC boss reiterated his belief in justice, fair play, and the importance of empowering young people, having experienced the challenges of youth himself. He thanked the Northern Youth for Good Leadership and Governance for honoring him with a Certificate of Excellence and assured them of his continued dedication to serving humanity and promoting the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu’s administration.
Noting that the Vice Chairman of the Northern Youth for Good Leadership and Governance, Engr. Abdulmalik Usman gave appraisal to Bishop Adegbite’s sterling qualities and good works, describing him as a
super Executive Secretary.” He highlighted the organization’s focus on agricultural entrepreneurship, skill acquisition, and youth reorientation to address trending issues and promote informed decision-making.
